Gold Farming - Wow Gold Guide

by Warcraft Formula

With the release of Burning Crusade, many
WoW gold guides on the market immediately stopped paying much attention
to the old content. They stopped caring about what you could do in
Azeroth to make gold. After all, what WoW gold guide would tell you,
“go to Winterfall and make 80 gold an hour” when you could just as
easily go to Nagrand and make 150?

However, because Outland is so clearly a
better place to make gold and because millions of players have reached
Level 70 and now farm in Outland, the populations in profitable regions
are often incredibly high.

But, as a level 70 player with a good WoW
gold guide, Azeroth can be a great place to make gold as well. In fact,
with the right balance and knowledge of where to look, you can actually
make almost comparably profits here.

Winterfall

In winterfall, the options are not nearly
as limited as they once seemed. To start with, you can find multiple
camps here with massive profit potential. The Furbolg camp here with
Chief Winterfall is a great example. Some WoW gold guides point this
camp out but mistakenly miss just how much gold you can make. For
example, if you farmed the mobs here for an hour, picked up the chests,
and repeatedly killed the boss at Level 70 (they are all Level 57-59),
you could pick up as much as 140 gold in an hour, with the chance for a
Rare or Epic drop (though rates are considerably low). The best part
though is that because most WoW gold guides don’t showcase just how
profitable this region is, there are very few players here much of the
time and you would be almost entirely alone to farm.

Rare Vendors

The rare vendors in Azeroth have gotten
short shrift of late due to their position in the old world. But, with
a solid list, which any decent WoW gold guide should provide, you can
camp a few of your best alts near the best limited vendors and small
pet suppliers and make huge profits in little to no time.

Low Level Instances

A popular gold farming method in many WoW
gold guides is to use low level instances like Scarlet Monastery or
Uldaman with high level characters who can now solo them, to go
straight through, knock out a boss and take away a low level rare or
epic item. The reason this is profitable is mainly because of the Level
19 and 29 twinks out there. No matter how far the game advances, best
content at these levels will remain valuable as players build their PvP
characters. Follow your WoW gold guide’s directions to the top low
level instances and make solid profits every time.

There are multiple ways to take advantage
of lower level content in Azeroth, even after you have reached Level 70
and are well on your way to end-game instances and daily quests. WoW
gold guides may overlook these methods too much, but you don’t have to.
